REYCOL aims to provide individualized competition law advice and advocacy of the highest quality. This requires experience and the willingness to approach issues from the client’s perspective. It does not require a large organisation. In fact, we believe that our small size works to your advantage. We avoid the duplication of work inherent in large organisations. Thus, we stay clear of losing information when matters make their way through a hierarchy and provide a cost effective service that is focused on your needs rather than the firm’s.

Our lean organisation does not prevent us from effectively completing large-scale document reviews, if a matter – such as an internal audit or a complex merger project – requires such an effort. Electronic means – such as predictive coding – are now mature enough to allow such tasks to be completed without the use of large groups of reviewers. Where manual document reviews are still required or preferred, contract attorneys are available at short notice to provide such a service.

In today’s world, litigating competition matters is becoming increasingly relevant. In global markets, claimants have a choice of jurisdictions. We appreciate that we cannot be everywhere.
